Nepal Health Care Manager's Association (NHCMA) is a non-political, non-religious and not-for-profit health professional organization. NHCMA was established in 2078BS. We are the group of health professionals involved and serve as a post of Hospital Managers, Administrators, Directors and CEOs of hospital and Health Care Organization Management. It ensures and enhances health professionals through superior education, skill development, certification and networking. With a strong focus on collaboration, education, and leadership development, we strive to create a community that fosters excellence in healthcare delivery and organizational performance. Our association serves as a vital platform for healthcare and hospital managers to connect, learn, and grow together. Through our conferences, workshops, webinars, and networking events, we provide opportunities for members to gain insights, exchange ideas, and stay at the forefront of industry trends and best practices. We believe in the power of knowledge-sharing and continuous learning as essential components of professional development.

Health Care and Hospital Management sector has been a globally emerging area for effective and efficient management of hospitals & health care organizations. In Nepal, formal education in Health Care Management was started in 2000 AD for Bachelor, Postgraduate Diploma and Master Degree programs under the Pokhara University. Now, there are 1500 Bachelor degree graduates, 600 postgraduate and 1000 products are graduated in Master level. Currently, about 350 professionals practicing in Nepal have graduated from the national & international markets.
