March 29, Kathmandu. Mahendra Raj Bhusal has been elected as the President of Nepal Health Services Managers Association. Bhusal has been elected president from the first general assembly and session of the union.
Similarly, Manish Dawdi has been elected as the Senior Vice President of the Association. Kant Prasad Subedi (Karnali State Coordinator) and Krishna Raj Dhungana (Far West State Coordinator) have been selected.
Home Prasad Adhikari has been elected as General Secretary, Dheeraj Mainali as Secretary and Prakriti Acharya as Treasurer. Similarly, Sameer Sharma, Lavendra Kunwar, Varsha Koirala, Manju Dahal, Hem Kumar Bidari, Devesh Karna, Brahmashankar Choudhary and Shreyadhwaj Joshi are among the members.
The newly elected president Bhusal said that the organization formed sometime back will soon work in the interest of health managers by forming a committee in the state with the coordination of seven vice-presidents. He told that the association will work on various issues related to hospital management.
